appraisals are in and good! both were $500 higher than our purchase price, so no complaints here!

and today marks exactly 2 weeks until our close date... suddenly it feels like it might actually happen. what's this strange sensation of optimism that has overwhelmed me? i'm not sure i understand this feeling!?!
