we leave tomorrow morning for montreal!

You beat four hours, you beat most of the others in your class, you FINISHED, and you finished healthy. We are proud of you!
hey m,
i'm sad you didn't qualify BUT i have to say that from afar i have been amazed at your training. in my experience the training is always a lot harder than the actual race and you have been so dedicated week after week that umm it's kind of scary :) that said, wanna go for a jaunt around the old river when you are in town?
