now we're on to something

my dad had an interesting idea, which he posted in his blog on friday. he might be on to something. lets officially call it the "Indirect Assistance Plan for Jazz Musicians Affected by Katrina" unless you can think of a catchy anachronym for it instead.

but, he might be idealistic thinking that the record companies will pump all their revenue from the sales into hurricane relief efforts... perhaps in a perfect world. alas.
